Civil Housing Forum will be held in St. Petersburg on September 22-26, 2010. The Forum organizers scheduled two events within the framework of the Forum for professional participants of the markets of real estate, construction and mortgage lending: St. Petersburg All-Russia Housing Congress (on September 22-24, 2010) and an exhibition-seminar “Housing Project” for ordinary citizens (on September 25-26, 2010).

The list of organizations supporting the Forum includes the authorities of St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Republic of Karelia, Vologda and Novgorod Oblasts, Perm Krai, as well as the largest professional associations, such as the Russian Guild of Realtors, Russian Union of Builders, International Association of Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending Foundations, Association of Regional Banks of Russia, Association of Economic Cooperation “North-West”, Fund “The Institute for Urban Economics”, etc. The Forum shall be organized by the Group of companies “Bulletin of Real Estate”.

Those who want to participate in the St. Petersburg All-Russia Housing Congress and Petersburg Mortgage Forum have to place an application on www.gilforum.ru in the section “for professionals” («Registration for Congress Participation»). Various forms of participation are envisaged: a free-of-charge and a toll package.
