A comprehensive system of monitoring and evaluating the city socio-economic development, designed by IUE experts was presented to experts from the structural units of the Administration of the city of Ryazan. The presentation was made by L.Yu. Padilla Sarosa, one of key designers of this system, Deputy Head of the “Municipal Economic Development” Department of IUE.

The system generated a great interest of employees of the municipal Administration who will have to practically master it. A number of proposals for enhancing this system and augmenting it by new elements were made.
