French-Russian round table “Urban Areas: Between Competition and Cooperation”



On May 21, 2010 IUE together with the Department of Urban Economics and Municipal Governance of the State University – Higher School of Economics and the Embassy of France in Moscow will organize a French-Russian round table discussion on “Urban Areas: Between Competition and Cooperation” at the SU-HSE. The discussion will focus on issues relating to inter-municipal cooperation, trends of territorial development and territorial marketing.

Working languages: Russian and French; simultaneous interpreting will be provided.

The number of participants is limited. Registration is mandatory and must be preceded by an application with your name, the name of your organization and your position; for students – name, name of institute, faculty and year of studies. Applications shall be sent to ygulyaeva@hse.ru. If you have no entrance permit to the SU-HSE, you should mention this in your application.
