Social Integration of Families in Crisis or in Precarious Social Situation in the Community Life. Community-Based Arrangements for Social Services Delivery to Families. Edited by D. Bychkov, O.Feoktistova. Institute for Urban Economics. 2009. 60 pages.
The book presents deliverables of the IUE
project aimed at analyzing the best practices of organizing assistance to
families with handicapped children and at designing a model document that
describes key parameters of the process, procedures of services delivery and
requirements to the outcomes of services delivery to such families. One of major goals of this document is to
formalize and unify requirements to the procedure and outcomes of services
delivery, regardless of the form of incorporation, legal status or location of
a relevant social service. The proposed
procedure is intended to become a mechanism that will set up a common
regulatory framework for relationships emerging between the customer, the
services’ provider and the recipient of services.
The book targets experts from management
authorities and social services agencies engaged in arranging for the delivery
of social services or in services’ delivery to final recipients.
